In order to improve the quality of services rendered, Pomor Shipyard Ltd. launched the production of automatic cutting of sheet metal using modern equipment with CNC SHKVAL 2PA 15-60.
Using this equipment, metal cutting is carried out with maximum accuracy with minimal human involvement.

Four servo-step motors, machine table 1550 * 6050 mm (dimensions of the metal being processed (steel sheet)), with active ventilation system, CNC based on an industrial computer, automatic height control, rails and rails on an aluminum construction profile, anti-vandal control console.
Parameters of plasma cutting (mechanized plasma cutter with a plasma source MAX Pro 200):
- the maximum thickness of the cut metal "for breakdown" 32mm;
- the maximum thickness of the cut metal "from the edge" is 50 mm;
Parameters of gas cutting (automatic cutting torch "KORD"):
- the maximum thickness of the cut metal “for breakdown” is 80 mm;
- the maximum thickness of the cut metal "from the edge" is 150 mm;
